How do I place a personalized order?
Simply select your product, enter the name, phrase, or customization details in the personalization box, and place your order or send an EMAIL to zamilucreations@gmail.com with your request.
Please double-check spelling, names, and dates before submitting your order to ensure everything prints exactly as requested.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. You are welcome to message us if you have questions about personalization before placing your order.
How long does production take?
All of our products are made to order.
Production time typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
During holidays or high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer.
Can I upload my own photo for a design?
Yes! Some of our products allow photo personalization.
For the best printing results, please upload:
• High-quality images
• JPEG or PNG files
• Clear, well-lit photos
• High resolution (300 DPI recommended)
Low-quality images may affect the final print quality.
Do you offer bulk or event orders?
Yes! We love helping with birthdays, parties, corporate gifts, and special events.
If you need multiple items or custom designs for an event, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are customized and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can assist you with a replacement.
